Sarah Claire Visits a Farm! (and she looks like she belongs on one!)

If we had decided to trick or treat this year, I don't think that anyone would have believed that the candy they gave us was actually for Sarah Claire. I mean, the girl loves to eat, but I'm not sure that she could really handle a Snickers just yet, and while I gladly would have helped her with the candy she might have scored for us, I just didn't feel that it was right.  Actually, none of that is true- the truth is, from about 5:00 - 7:00 each evening, Sarah Claire reveals a few of her own "tricks" like crying, cat napping, and crying a little more.  NO WAY was I taking a fussy baby from one door to another just to satisfy my own sweet tooth (teeth?), especially when we had already purchased quite a bit of candy for our no-show trick-or-treaters! We knew we would have plenty of leftovers!  So we decided to stay at home.  I couldn't resist dressing Sarah Claire up, though, so the day before Halloween, we went to a local farm with Karen and Steve, and took our own little cow with us.  She was the cutest critter at the farm, and she smelled much better too!
